One at a time
Every piece is worked start to finish before the next one begins. No batches, no assembly line, no pieces cut out and joined later.
Keychains, hairpins and small plush friends, all worked on my own hook at home in India. Every piece is made singly, so take one off the shelf — or tell me the idea in your head and I will make that instead.
Not everything worth having is already on the shelf. Describe it and I will make that instead — this is the whole process, start to finish.
A sentence is enough. A photo, a colour, or "like this one but blue" is even better.
Usually within a day, with how long it will take. If it is not right for you, stop there — nothing owed.
You see a photo of the finished piece before it leaves the house. Most take a week or two.
Most of what I make is a small gift, so start from what you want to spend.
10 little things

Nothing here is sitting in a warehouse. A keychain is a few hours of someone holding a hook; a plush is most of a weekend. That is the trade — you wait a little longer, and what arrives was made for you rather than pulled off a pallet.

Tension shifts through a day, and dye lots run out. Two of the same thing are siblings rather than copies — yours will look like the photo, not match it.
Cotton yarn, firm stitches, metal fittings that take a keyring. These are meant to live in a bag and get knocked about, not sit on a shelf.
Pick one off the shelf, or tell me the idea in your head.
